Most sign-in trouble at an operator like this one comes down to three causes, and none of them is fixed by creating another account — that is the one action guaranteed to make the situation worse.

- Confirm the number, not the password. Accounts here are keyed to a phone number and a wrong country prefix produces the same unhelpful error as a wrong password.

- If the code does not arrive, wait the full two minutes before requesting another. Three rapid requests can put the number into a short cooldown and no code will arrive for a quarter of an hour.
- কোড না এলে আরেকটা চাওয়ার আগে পুরো দুই মিনিট অপেক্ষা করুন। পরপর তিনবার চাইলে নম্বরটা অল্প সময়ের জন্য ঠান্ডা ঘরে চলে যেতে পারে আর পনেরো মিনিট কোনো কোডই আসবে না।
- Try the browser version before deciding the account is locked. A stale session inside the app produces a convincing imitation of a locked account.
- অ্যাকাউন্ট আটকে গেছে ভাবার আগে ব্রাউজার সংস্করণটা দেখুন। অ্যাপের ভেতরে পুরোনো সেশন থাকলে সেটা আটকে যাওয়া অ্যাকাউন্টের ভীষণ বিশ্বাসযোগ্য নকল তৈরি করে।
- Open a support chat with the registered number and, if you have one, a recent transaction ID. That pair moves a scripted reply to a real one faster than any amount of explaining.
- নিবন্ধিত নম্বর আর থাকলে সাম্প্রতিক একটা লেনদেনের আইডি নিয়ে সাপোর্ট চ্যাট খুলুন। যত ব্যাখ্যাই দিন, ওই জোড়াটাই স্ক্রিপ্টের উত্তরকে দ্রুত আসল উত্তরে নিয়ে যায়।

Two causes account for nearly all of them: a duplicate registration, and a mismatch between the account name and the wallet name at the first withdrawal. Neither is negotiable and neither is solved by a second account. Send the documents that were asked for, once, and wait — ours cleared in a little over two hours on a weekday.

Use the number you will still hold in a year, keep the wallet in the same name, and write the password somewhere that is not a chat with yourself. An account that cannot be recovered is a balance that cannot be withdrawn.
